This is a video I animated to promote Syndio's pay transparency solution. The video is made to play on a silent loop at the company's booth at Gartner's ReimagineHR Conference in London. The video highlights the urgency of the EU Pay Transparency Directive, and how Syndio can help companies ensure equitable pay for their employees. My role in this project was to storyboard the concept and animate it in full.
