Project
The Luminary Imaginarium is a social club for artists spanning mediums and locations. I helped set up the group, and volunteered to design a logo.
Two logos stacked. The top logo reads "datebox" in a white sans serif typeface in all caps on a pink background. Next to the logo is the word "before". The bottom logo reads "happily" in navy with a white heart dotting the letter i on a yellow background. Next to the logo is the word "after".
A luminary can be defined as a person who inspires and influences others, or a celestial body that gives light (such as the sun or moon), and an imaginarium is a place devoted to imagination. The name, "The Luminary Imaginarium" is a playful representation of the club's intention to gather artists together to inspire each other, create, and have fun socializing with each other. This logo uses rays of light and golden yellow as a nod to the illumination of inspiration, and a serif font along with a deep green to ground the logo.
The construction and guides for the Happily logo. Under the logo is the heart icon, and the letters "ily".
The logo has two color versions to work on light and dark backgrounds. To the right are social icons in the form of monograms.
5 blobs of color representing the brand colors. The yellow blob reads "primary". The navy blob reads "primary accent". the red-orange blob reads "secondary accent". Light blue and mint blobs both read "secondary"
These are all-white and all-black alternatives to use when needed.
